Please take notice that the Village Board of the Village of Rochester, Racine County, Wisconsin, did, pursuant to law, on the 11th day of May 2026, duly enact a certain ordinance to amend Chapter 35 of the Municipal Code to rezone one parcel of land within the Village of Rochester from UR (Urban Reserve District) to B-7 (Mixed Business Use District).
Please take further notice that said ordinance was passed by the vote of said Village Board.

Section II. Provides that the provisions of this ordinance shall be considered a continuation of existing ordinances where applicable and shall not affect any pending actions, rights, or liabilities incurred prior to its enactment.
