The Prairie School girls soccer team scored five goals in the first half Wednesday, the first three assisted by Megan Wolf, in its 7-0 Metro Classic Conference victory over Milwaukee Saint Thomas More at Prairie.

Rachel Gentile opened the scoring in the 14th minute and Bobbi Rooney (21st) and Kylie Kamm (23rd) scored off Wolf assists. Jordynn Gottwald (Geneva Swager, 29th minute) and Annabel Ware (Kamm, 33rd minute) also scored first-half goals for Prairie (13-6-1, 5-1 MCC).

Hawks coach Corey Oakland said it was one of the Hawks’ best matches of the season, especially offensively. In addition to the five goals, the Hawks hit the post five times in the first half.
