RACINE — Gov. Scott Walker will visit Racine on Friday to sign the state’s agreement with technology manufacturer Foxconn.

Walker plans to sign the contract at SC Johnson at a 1:30 p.m. ceremony, according to a press release. Foxconn Chairman Terry Gou and Speaker Paul Ryan are expected to attend.

The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation voted Wednesday to approve the state’s contract with Foxconn, which offers nearly $3 billion in incentives to build a liquid crystal display panel plant in Mount Pleasant.
