BURLINGTON — The Cellular Connection, the largest Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer in the U.S., is sponsoring a “Color for College” program and will donate $1,500 college scholarships to students nationwide at nearly 300 of its stores.

From now until Aug. 31, the participating TCC store located at 1448 S. Teut Road, Burlington, is inviting local families to bring their children ages 13 and younger to the store to color a pre-printed page from TCC and complete the entry information on the back. One $1,500 scholarship will be given to the winning submission at each participating store in the form of a 529 college savings plan that cannot be redeemed until the student attends college. No purchase is necessary. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on Sept. 5. Parents and guardians of the winners will be contacted by Sept. 30 with details of how to redeem the scholarships.
