KENOSHA — The Kenosha County Substance Abuse Coalition is just over halfway to its goal of raising $10,000 toward the "Don’t Drive Then Drink" campaign. With only five weeks to go in the matching campaign that ends on Sept. 15, $5,375 has been raised.

Kathy and Joseph Madrigrano Jr. have promised a matching grant of up to $10,000 to sustain and expand the Kenosha County Substance Abuse Coalition’s campaign as well as initiate a campaign on stigma-reduction for those with substance use disorders.
