Jeffrey Lee Wheeler

Jeffrey Lee Wheeler, “Wheels”, Age 56, passed away Friday, July 6th, after a battle with cancer, at his sister’s home, surrounded by love.
Jeff was born December 30, 1961 to Jerry and Janis Wheeler, in Albert Lea, Minnesota. His early years were spent in Racine, where he attended school until 1979. He moved to Alta Loma, California with his parents before his senior year, but had attended Horlick High School until that time.
Jeff spent most of his growing years on the football and baseball fields, where he found some of his greatest joy. He was a strong player for the Horlick Rebel football team, enjoying not only the game, but all of the friends that surrounded him there. Jeff spent most of his adult years in the Auto Industry where he found great success. He continued to be an avid athlete throughout his life, turning to softball and golf as his main forms of personal sport. He was a huge Green Bay Packer fan, and planned his life around those games, even becoming Green Bay Packer shareholder when they came up for sale.
Jeff is survived by his sister, Jodi (Steve) Jarman, nephew Justin Crocker, niece Taylor Crocker, and many many friends both in Racine and in California. He was proceeded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be help on Sunday, July 15, at 11:30 (pst) at Forest Lawn Covina Hills, in Covina California, with internment to follow.
