Live Music by Family Power Music with Bryan Cherry

Sept. 27 - George's Food and Spirits, 1201 N. Main St., Racine. 9 p.m.-midnight. No cover.

Family Power Music is an ever-evolving group of performers that blend a combination of positive hip-hop with funk, rock, jazz, and blues. They've performed at a wide variety of venues throughout Southeastern Wisconsin including the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, the Historic Miramar Theatre, Brass Monkey, the Rhino Bar, Smoke'd On the Water, and George's Tavern.

Bryan Cherry has been performing as a soloist and as part of the Bryan Cherry Band since the mid-2000's. Though he’s often compared to Jimi Hendrix, Bryan Cherry’s wail is certainly of a grimier ’70s soul, while the guitar sound aligns closer with the arena riffage of Lenny Kravitz.

George's will offer three appetizers throughout the night.

Admission is FREE, although a goodwill offering will be kindly appreciated!
