Hires, appointments and promotions: Community State Bank has announced the development of a cash management team consisting of; Neil Buchanan, senior vice president for business banking and cash management, who has been with CSB for seven years; Molly Krause, assistant vice president for cash management, who has also been with the bank for seven years; and Laura Burnett Shoemaker, assistant vice president for cash management, who joined the bank in January with more than 25 years of banking experience. The team will assist in expanding existing business banking relationships and prospect and on-board new business relationships. It will also continue to develop and maintain relationships with municipal and nonprofit industries.

CSB also announced the promotion of Gregory Wall to chief innovation officer. Wall has been with the bank for nearly two decades, most recently as vice president and marketing director. As the CIO, Wall will help develop and implement creative strategies throughout the organization and its departments. He will also work with banking teams to design a program for product development and will continue to oversee all marketing, branding and advertising for the bank, including the development of an innovation team.
