City of Racine Residents Notice In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, City of Racine solid waste and recycling will not be collected on Thursday, November 26, 2020 or Friday, November 27, 2020. This holiday will rotate your collection two days later in the week and will remain on that day until the next City observed holiday (see calendar below). Example: Area E will rotate to have trash collection on Monday, Area A will rotate to have trash collection on Tuesday, etc. = Holiday Recycling Collection = Gold Zone Recycling Day = Green Zone Recycling Day **REMEMBER** Carts must be placed at the curb or alley line by 7:00 am on your collection day.
