Jan 8, t2, 15 ZONING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Village of Mount Pleasant will hold a zoning public hearing on: Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at 6:30 PM Mount Pleasant Civic Campus - Village Hall 8811 Campus Drive Ebe Auditorium The purpose of the hearing is to consider proposed amendments to the zoning ordinance of the Village of Mount Pleasant as its effects the zoning regulations of said ordinance and the boundaries of a zoning district in the Village under Section 62.23 (7) of the Wisconsin Statutes. St. Paul the Apostle Parish Rezone Petition (RZ-24-18) Tax Parcel # 151-03-22-11-004-000 Property Owner: St. Paul the Apostle Parish Applicant: Nielsen, Ma- dsen, & Barber RZ-24-18 requests permission to rezone a 1.807-acre portion parcel located at 1510 N Emmertsen Rd from AUH (Agricultural Urban Holding) to R-100/OIP (Residential Single Family/ Institutional & Public Service Overlay). The remaining 1.234-acre portion will be rezoned from AUH to R-100. This request is to allow for the back portion of the parcel to be merged with the greater church parcel for potential expansion, and the remaining portion to remain a single family home lot. Schmitz Ready Mix Rezone Petition RZ-25-18 and Conditional Use CU-11 -18 Property Owner: Regal Partners of Kenosha, LLP | Applicant: Karl Jensen, Vierbicher Tax Parcel #151-03-23-32-067-001 RZ-25-18 requests permission to rezone an 11.28-acre parcel located Chicory Road from M-1 Industrial (Manufacturing and Warehousing) to M-1 Industrial/OEL (Manufacturing and Warehousing/Extractive or Landfill Operations). This request is to allow for Conditional Use CU-11-18, a Conditional Use application for a permanent concrete batch plant on the site. The above items are available for public review at the Mount Pleasant Civic Campus - Village Hall, 8811 Campus Drive or by request. The Plan Commission will review the items at their January 23 meeting at 1:00 pm.
