Katie Rohner turned in a dominating performance for the Waterford High School girls basketball team Tuesday night.

Rohner scored a game-high 30 points in leading the Wolverines to a 67-44 victory over Kenosha Indian Trail in a nonconference game at Waterford.

Rohner, a sophomore point guard, scored 18 points in the second half.

“She got to the basket and finished,’’ Waterford coach Dena Brechtl said of Rohner. “She has a good set-up move and first step and that helps her get to the basket.’’

The Wolverines (2-9) also got a strong game from Kathleen Fitzgerald, their junior center. Fitzgerald finished with 12 points, nine rebounds and three blocked shots.

Indian Trail fell to 2-7.

“We have literally been in every game this season,’’ Brechtl said. “So, it was good to get a win tonight.’’
