West Bloomfield (Mich.) wide receiver Taj Mustapha announced via Twitter on Thursday that he will accept a scholarship offer from the University of Wisconsin football team.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pounder, who is rated a three-star prospect by 247Sports, Rivals and Scout, selected the Badgers over a final five that also included Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan State and Purdue. He also received offers from Boston College, Indiana, Minnesota and Syracuse, among others.
Mustapha is the 14th commit for the Class of 2018 and the first wide receiver. He is the fourth Michigan prospect to commit for 2018, joining safety Reggie Pearson, offensive lineman Michael Furtney and tight end Jaylan Franklin.
