The spring elections are on April 3, and I strongly urge City of Racine residents to vote to retain Rebecca Mason as Municipal Court Judge.
Rebecca has been in private practice since 2006, and currently runs a law firm in downtown Racine that she started in 2012. In her practice, she focuses on estate planning and administration, guardianships, and advising small business and nonprofits. Rebecca also has extensive experience in first amendment law.
Her legal expertise and dedication to the law were recognized by her appointment as Racine Municipal Judge in 2016. Rebecca Mason also has been admitted to practice in all Wisconsin courts, the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. She has been credited by her peers as well, receiving the Super Lawyers “Rising Star” distinction for seven consecutive years.
In the year and a half that she has served as Municipal Judge, Rebecca has served the City of Racine well. Judge Mason presides over the municipal court with respect, understanding and diligence. I believe we owe it to Racine to elect Judge Rebecca Mason to a full, four-year term as Municipal Judge.
