I watched Mark Zuckerberg testify over two days before Congress. I read news coverage critiques — oddly, most focused on congressional members' lack of knowledge of the ins and outs of using Facebook.
But, what these news sources (Washington Post, NY Times, several more) missed is the most critical of all questions, i.e., is Facebook adhering to the law imposed on it back in 2001, i.e., the law to which they agreed back then and put their signature to? Yup — that law.
Congressional members might not all know the ins and outs of using Facebook and those all important selfies, but they do know the law and Congress did its job during those two days with Mark’s embarrassing answers to questions that proved he just plain doesn’t know the inner operations of his company.
