Thank you for Mr. Torres's inspiring article on the Veteran Village success. Although the need for expansion and contributions continues, the benefits of the program are obvious from Mr. Hauser's experience.

Don't all of us have needs that transcend as human hand-out and recognize a heavenly hand up?

I faced similar struggles returning from Vietman and found from personal experience that nothing compares to saving faith in Jesus Christ for the desired change for the long haul.

That's why I was happy to hear that a local church, A&D Biker Ministries, offers a Bible study for any of the veterans interested. I pray they will find the good thing that turned my life around when I needed it.

All good is God's and I thank Him for it.

So a personal thanks, to Mr. Gustin and all those who are sharing their lives in any way with those men who were willing to risk their lives for you.

Consider purchasing a brick or supporting the fundraiser at the Kenosha Moose Club on April 21.
