About a week ago, I heard a knock at the door. As I opened it, I discovered that my visitor was one of my former catechism students. Greta Neubauer was in our Wednesday evening program at Holy Communion Lutheran Church.
Neubauer is now a young energetic woman who is running for the State of Wisconsin Assembly in the Democratic Primary on Dec. 19. As we discussed the issues of the campaign, I was impressed with Neubauer’s knowledge of not only the issues outlined in her material, but also in the subjects that were on my mind. She listened intently to what I had to say before responding. This is a trait of a truly caring individual.
I support and will be voting for Greta Neubauer in the Democratic primary. We need young energetic people in our state government to work for and advocate for all of us.
