SOUTH MILWAUKEE — A 28-year-old Mount Pleasant man reportedly stabbed a 65-year-old man in South Milwaukee Saturday evening.
According to a news release from the South Milwaukee Police Department, the stabbing took place at an apartment complex on the 2800 block of South Chicago Avenue. The older man survived the attack but was transported to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa. His condition was unknown as of Monday.
The alleged assailant, whose identity was not released by police, was arrested for attempted homicide, according to police.
Police said that the alleged attacker and victim knew each another and that no other suspects were being sought.
