Eagle Dance Team auditions set
MOUNT PLEASANT — Eagle Dance Team auditions is scheduled to be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 17, and from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, at Case High School, 7345 Washington Ave.
Judged try-outs in groups of three will begin at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 19.

Kids Carnival at Park on Saturday
RACINE — Park High School football is scheduled to host a Kids Carnival from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 21, in the Park High School field house, 1901 12th St.
It will feature carnival games, prizes and face painting for children. Food will be available. Proceeds will be used by Park football to purchase team equipment.
Young Child Celebration planned
RACINE — A Week of the Young Child Celebration is scheduled to be held from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 21, at Knapp Elementary School, 2701 17th St.
Activities include music, nutrition, movement, arts, crafts, seed planting, photo booth, Zumba, face painting, and a book and block party.

Horlick cheer, stunt team try-outs
RACINE — The Horlick High School Co-Ed Cheer and Stunt Team will hold clinic practices for the 2018-19 team from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, April 23-26, in the Horlick High School field house, 2119 Rapids Drive.
Participants should attend each evening, and wear comfortable athletic clothing and sturdy athletic shoes. Girls with long hair should have their hair pulled back in a ponytail. The try-out date is Friday, April 27, by time slot.

My School Color Run set May 19
RACINE — Students of Racine Alternative Learning will host the inaugural community wide My School Color Run fundraising event at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 19, at Community Pathways Campus, 2333 Northwestern Ave.
The My School Color Run is an untimed 2-mile fun run for all ages and fitness abilities. Along the route, participants pass through vibrant color zones, making it a “colorful experience.” Each pre-registered participant is provided with a single powder color packet that will be thrown in the air at the final color celebration at the finish line.
