RACINE — The southeast Wisconsin chapter of Citizens Climate Lobby invites the public to meet with Madeleine Para, Midwest coordinator, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, at the home of Tom Rutkowski, 2615 N. Main St.

Those attending will learn about the goals and methods of this fast-growing non-partisan organization that is making a difference on climate change and how carbon fee and dividend legislation can help speed the transition away from fossil fuels.

Vegetarian chili will be served and there is no charge. For more information, email Ross Astoria at rossastoria@yahoo.com.
