MILWAUKEE — With no resolution in the Journal Broadcast Group-Time Warner Cable contract dispute, TV station WTMJ (channel 4) remained off local cable as of Monday evening.
Area Time Warner customers have been unable to tune into Channel 4 since Thursday after no contract renewal agreement was made between the two groups.
Although the blackout started recently, the Aug. 9 preseason football game between the Green Bay Packers and the Arizona Cardinals is rapidly approaching. Racine-area viewers without an antennae may find it challenging to access that game if Journal Broadcast Group and TWC do not resolve their dispute.
Additional information on the blackout from Time Warner Cable can be found at www.twcconversations.com/dispute/local and information from the Journal Broadcast Group can be found at www.jbganswers.com.
