ACT preparation course offered

RACINE - The Racine Unified School District is offering a two-session American College Test (ACT) preparation course to incoming junior and senior students. The course will be held from 8 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Monday through Thursday, June 22-July 10 and July 13-July 30 at Gilmore Middle School, 2330 Northwestern Ave.

Princeton Review staff has specially trained and equipped Racine Unified teachers with material resources to assist students to perform well on the ACT including the written portion of the exam. Each student completing the course will receive a half (.5) credit toward their graduation requirements.

Students who register must sign up for both sessions of the course. Space is limited to 75 students. A $15 summer school fee is required to register, and students can register at their high school or at Gilmore Middle School. This course is open to any incoming junior or senior including parochial and private school students.
