RACINE — Racine Children’s Theatre will hold its production of “The Big Bad Musical” Friday through Sunday, Feb. 3-5, at the Racine Theatre Guild, 2519 Northwestern Ave.

The musical is about the notorious criminal — the Big Bad Wolf — and features a parade of classic storybook characters, including Little Red Riding Hood, her grandmother, the Three Little Pigs and more, singing and dancing their way through his trial.

Catchy songs and an interactive story keep the audience engaged as they help determine whether the Big Bad Wolf is innocent or guilty.

“The Big Bad Musical” will be performed by E. Motions and directed by Kara Ernst-Schalk. The cast includes the Wolf (Davidson Kane), Sydney Grimm (Kate Fischer), Fairy Godmother (Kathy Berg), Little Red (Kara Ernst-Schalk), Grandmother Hood (Pam Hudson), the Three Little Pigs (Megan Seager, Ian Anderson, Robert Kroes), Bill Woodcutter (Peter Jones), Shepherd (Frank Russ), Boy Who Called Wolf (Bella Niederer), Evil Stepmother (Jennifer Larsen) and Miss Muffet (Suzanne Maki).

Packy, the Racine Children’s Theatre elephant mascot, will greet the audience, and they will have the chance to meet the cast and get autographs after the show.

Performances take place at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, and at noon, 2 and 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 4-5. Tickets cost $6. Call 262-633-4218 or go to www.racinetheatre.org.
