Oct. 17 — 2-7 p.m., Veterans Terrace, 589 Milwaukee Ave., Burlington, 2-7 p.m.
Anyone age 16 or older in general good health and meeting eligibility requirements is encouraged to donate blood. Appointments are preferred to ensure a quick and convenient donation, but walk-in donors are also welcome. Parental consent is required for 16-year-olds to donate. The process takes about an hour.
