POWERFUL TOOLS FOR CAREGIVERS: This six-week education program is meant for those caring for someone with a chronic illness such as dementia, cancer, heart disease, Parkinson’s disease or stroke or any chronic illness. It’s designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. 2-3:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 13-Oct. 18. Fee: $10.
