HANDS-ONLY CPR: Participants will learn and practice how to provide hands-only CPR to a teen or adult who suddenly collapses. Thursday, May 10, 5-6 p.m. Free.

INFANT CPR AND SAFETY: This class is recommended for expectant parents, parents who are adopting and grandparents. This is a non-certification course. Information presented during this class includes safe sleep, SIDS reduction strategies, infant and child safety tips, prevention of accidents and/or injuries, safety tips to prevent child drowning and how to perform CPR. 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 16. Fee: $20.

CANCER SURVIVOR SERIES: MOVING FORWARD — PHYSICAL THERAPY & CANCER REHAB: Participants will learn how getting physical can increase energy and improve mobility. Attendees should wear comfortable clothing. 6-7 p.m. Monday, May 14. Free

HEARTSAVER CPR/AED: This class uses the updated 2015 American Heart Association’s CPR course for the lay person. Classroom training and skill review including adult, child CPR, choking management and AED with the option for infant CPR and choking management. Participants will receive an email from the American Heart Association to claim their eCard. No paper certificate cards will be given. 8 a.m.-noon Saturday, May 12. Fee: $50.
