RACINE — Gateway Technical College, 1001 Main St., continues its fine dining nights to help culinary students become even more prepared to enter their career on Monday, March 26, in the Breakwater Dining Room of the Lake Building.

The seven-course meal is prepared and served by Gateway culinary students in their final semester of the program. The meal includes a non-alcoholic beverage, two appetizers served family style, two homemade breads, a specialty salad, main entrée (diners can choose from three) and dessert. Students also interact with diners, talking to them about their meal and answering any questions they might have — including ingredients used to actual recipes.

Diners must arrive by 5:20 p.m. The cost is $25. Reservations are required by calling 262-619-6556. Because it is a learning experience, diners will be invited to fill out a questionnaire asking how they liked the meal.
