Boerner Botanical Gardens in Hales Corners was the setting Sept. 3 when Kim Lewis and Michael Meidenbauer were married. Kelly Meidenbauer (groom’s sister) officiated during the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Scott and Ellen Lewis of Racine. The bride is the granddaughter of Mary Lewis of Wauwatosa, the late Richard Lewis, and the late Melvin and Myrtle Mueller.
The groom’s parents are Debbie and Russ Meidenbauer of Waukesha. The groom is the grandson of Dolores Lasky of Muskego, Bernice Meidenbauer of Waukesha and the late Ray Meidenbauer.
Maid of honor was Val Danculovich. Bridesmaids were Becca Petro and Luiza Kerstenetzky. Flower girl was Reese Meidenbauer, niece of the groom.
Best man was Paul Trupke. Groomsmen were Bob Meidenbauer (groom’s brother) and Russ Meidenbauer (groom’s father).
The reception was held at Boerner Botanical Gardens.
The couple is living in Chicago. Kim, 27, is a PhD student at the University of Chicago. Michael, 27, is a software content production associate at Jellyvision Inc., Chicago.
