Chair yoga is designed to allow you to stretch and energize WITHOUT wearing special clothes OR breaking a sweat. Basic yogic techniques are taught to give you:
The breathing, stretching, strengthening & overall health benefits you will see from yoga will assist in stress relief, relaxation, clearer focus & refreshed energy; bringing overall balance to your body & life. Props are sometimes used.
Great for those with health issues that do not allow for mat yoga!
