Appointments and Promotions: Brian Lucareli has joined Foley & Lardner LLP as director of fiduciary management. He will work out of the firm’s Milwaukee office and will oversee support and growth of the firm’s wealth and trust business, a component of Foley PrivateOffice. Prior to joining Foley & Lardner LLP, Lucareli was senior vice president and director with Johnson Bank wealth where he was responsible for establishing strategy and direction for the trust and fiduciary services business.
Brian Blaney will serve as financial services manager at Bode Financial Group. In his new position, he will work to supervise staff, streamline decision making, create procedures and help clients understand and plan their financial future. Blaney previously worked at Schenck SC for more than 7 years as a CPA and supervisor. He passed his Series Seven to become a certified financial planner, and has experience in accounting and finance.
Financial adviser Melissa Dixon has joined in partnership with Jack Dunk and Garrett Koncan, a private wealth advisory practice located in Suite 250 at 840 Lake Ave.

Honors and Awards: Lisa Jeschke of Waterford was selected as one of the Fellows in Leadership Wisconsin’s Group XVI. Leadership Wisconsin is the state’s leadership development program. Jeschke is the program and policy analyst, advanced for the State of Wisconsin-Department of Corrections in Racine County.
Dr. Neelesh Tipnis, associate professor of pediatrics and division chief of pediatric gastroenterology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, has been named the Paul H. Parker Chair of Pediatric Gastroenterology. Tipnis is also an associate professor of medicine. Before joining the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Tipnis served as an assistant professor of pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee and as an associate professor of pediatrics at the University of California-San Diego.
Certifications: Brian Cassity of Sturtevant earned the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification credential by successfully completing the course and passing the exam administered by the International Society of Arboriculture and the local chapter of ISA. The ISA Credentialing Program is a voluntary program designed to test an individual’s degree of knowledge in the field of arboriculture.

Fire chief Perry Howard of the City of Burlington Fire Department has successfully completed the process that awards him the professional designation of “Chief Fire Officer.” The Chief Fire Officer Designation program is a voluntary program designed to recognize individuals who demonstrate excellence in seven measured components including experience, education, professional development, professional contributions, association membership, community involvement and technical competencies. Howard has been a member of the City of Burlington Fire Department since June 2013 and currently resides in the City of Burlington.
BRP US Inc./Evinrude in Sturtevant received the 2014 Business Friend of the Environment Award for Environmental Innovation. This year’s winners were chosen for programs that demonstrate an innovative approach to environmental protection, or a level of effort beyond what is required by regulatory compliance.
